Ok as you can see i have updated the background with partyhats
now i would like your comments on this

Personally I feel that the Phats are too bright. It may make people focus on the background instead of the forum. It also just stops about half way down the page.. I'm not too big on it, but it's okay.

I say theres to many of them. trying to read. eyes want to focus on the p hats. I say we try and use some of these if possible.

Font is nice. color nice.
Why PH? blue is very hard to read. Background has a copy right infragment (top right) Logo black on a lighter black/grey? Go to a graphic site. see if you can get some one to make us one.

Well the logo has that light blue on it. so light blue some where. black, white.

Idk play around with it. im not sure how the coloring works. idk the admin control pannel. So im not sure what you can change.

Edit: Top right. Id make it have cap's. looks more official.
